If you have received an item that has been damaged, please take pictures of any damaged items and send them to us at email@example.com so we can assist with a replacement or refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
The customer is liable for any shipping charges to send their product back to us.
All goods which are used on Skin are exempt from being returned due to hygiene reasons if they have been used. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.

Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received your email and attached pictures, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
If you haven't received credit for your return yet, please contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Hiigadgets is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Hiigadgets will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
